    Aída Queiroz
    Animation director. Holds a degree in Fine Arts from UFMG – Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a graduate specialization in animation in Rio de Janeiro, through the Embrafilme/National Film Board agreement. She is a founding partner in the production company from Rio de Janeiro, Campo 4.

    Cesar Coelho
    Cesar Coelho is an Animation Director and holds a degree through the National Film Board of Canada agreement. Since 1991, he is the owner and partner of Campo 4 Produções Cinematográficas, where he has directed over 250 commercials, vignettes and opening credits for the TV Globo network, as well as special effects for movies, short length films, etc. He worked as animation director for both seasons of the “Hoje é Dia de Maria” miniseries.

    Léa Zagury
    Holds a masters degree in arts from the California Institute of the Arts, and has directed internationally awarded shorts, such as “Karaiba” and “Salamandras”. Worked with special effects for cinema at PDI, in Hollywood, as a feature film development artist at Turner Feature Animation and as a script consultant for the Sundance NHK Awards. Co-directed and produced the feature documentary film “Marvada Pinga”.

    Marcos Magalhães
    Animation filmmaker, with a graduate specialization from the National Film Board of Canada, in Montreal (1982). He coordinated Embrafilme’s Animation Center during the Brazil-Canada agreement (1985-87). Visiting artist in the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles (1998/99). Grant recipient for the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation (2003). Holds a degree in Architecture from UFRJ – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and a Masters degree in Design from PUC-Rio – Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, where he also works as an animation professor since 2004.

    Itamony Barros
    Expert in Cultural Management and Audiovisual Production. Since 2007 Itamony works in the audiovisual and cultural area, with producing films, tv programs, film festivals and markets, with national and international award-winning films. The focus at the management área is the organization of programs to develop audiovisual área. She is the Anima Mundi Educational Coordinator.

    Teachers and Supervisors
    Anima School’s courses and workshops are administered by a staff of teachers and supervisors trained by Anima Mundi, based on the Anima School Projects methodology. It is a multidisciplinary staff, made up of animators, educators, designers and artists, who work as partners and are in constant training, under the supervision of the directors of the Anima Mundi.
